January and February were quiet but busy months. We were practicing so hard for our year end performances! We had our speeches, our song and dance performances, AND we had a play we were practicing! Unfortunately due to the international health crisis, our students couldn’t show off just how amazing they are.
We did say hello to a new teacher, Miss Scarlet. She was a tremendous help for both Dream and Hope classes.
Miss Scarlet is even a really good artist! Look at the picture she drew of our youngest students!
We had some birthdays too! Birthdays are always fun for everyone. Look at those smiles!
We especially like sharing photos of when we were younger with all our friends and Mr. Andrew.
Cooking class is very yummy. It’s fun to make your own snacks. This time we made ‘Bumps on a Log’ with bell peppers, raisins, and cream cheese.
And then in science class we explore all sorts of things! For this hands-on experiment we made ‘Air Pressure Poppers’ to see how wind works.
Fun Fun Fridays were a great way to end the week. We tell the class about our toy in Show and Tell, and then during our breaks we get to play with what we brought in!
We’re excited to see everyone again soon!
