Hello, and welcome to Stephanie English Montessori’s April blog post! We learned a lot, and had so much fun doing it! This month's topic was flowers, and we really liked saying some of the names (especially hyacinth), and we learned some cool things (like sunflowers' faces follow the sun).
We had our cooking classes where we practice food making. We work on keeping a food-handling hand and a clean utensil hand, how to safely use a knife, and more. And when we’re all finished making our food, we eat it all up!
We also have our Musical English Time where we practice singing, dancing, acting, and playing!
This month we also had our first field trip in a long time! We went to Hamaji Park and it was so much fun! We got to play on the playground, and we saw some animals. Then we had to come back to the school early because of the weather. We can’t wait until our next field trip!
We also had a birthday this month for one of our Love Class girls who turned six!
